Willie Guerra Garcia

Willie G. Garcia III, of Tulare went peacefully to Our Heavenly Father on April 30, 2026 at the age of 70. He was born to Juanita Guerra and Willie Garcia II on October 17, 1955, in Stanton Texas. At the age of 10, the family moved to California for a better future for their growing family. Right after high school, Willie enlisted in the United States Navy where he served proudly for 3 years. Willie's love for fitness brought him and his wife of nearly 40 years together. They married in 1987 and have 2 beautiful sons, Stephan and Spencer. Willie and Esaltina have 2 beautiful grandchildren and their beloved fur babies. Willie was always supportive of his kids and their activities. He coached and attended all the games, built skate ramps, took all the kids to the skate park and Pok�mon tournaments. He hosted drumline members and enjoyed cooking for them before they left on their trips down south. Willie would always attend his kids band concerts assuring he would have the best seat. He was very proud of his sons and enjoyed participating at all their events. Willie is the oldest of 7 children. He loved and adored all his brothers and sisters and would attend all the family gatherings even to the end. He will forever remain in our hearts and be present in our lives. Willie has numerous nieces and nephews who called him "tio" which means uncle. They loved their "tio" and would surround him with so much love like getting him up on the dance floor at family weddings and wrestling with them at holiday family gatherings. He will be truly missed. Willie had many God-given talents. He loved to cook and he could build a house from the bottom up. He was a welder, wood worker, tiling, and loved working on cars and the motorcycle he loved riding so much. Willie never complained and would always lend a helping hand to anyone who asked. On April 9, 1987, Willie began working at Tulare District Hospital. He worked there for nearly 35 years. He was loved and respected by all his coworkers. All of them became family and some would even call him "dad." After Willie retired, everyone would still come around to see him and see how he was doing. Willie is preceded in death by his parents Juanita and Willie Garcia II, daughter Amandalee Garcia, brother David Garcia, and brother-in-laws Jeffrey Nacua and Donald Gutierrez. He is survived by wife Esaltina Garcia, sons Stephan Chandler-Garcia (Matthew), Spencer Ryan Garcia (Madison), daughter Bernadette Garcia, grandson Kit William Arthur, and granddaughter Paisley Ryan. He is also survived by brothers Manchie Garcia (Joyce), Jaime Garcia (Millie), and sisters Sarah Nacua, Goddie Wilson (Danny), Julie Campos and sister-in-law Bernadine Garcia Willie loved celebrations and gatherings with family and friends. A memorial Mass will be held to celebrate Willie's life on May 20, 2026, at 10:30 am, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 125 East Pleasant Ave., Tulare CA. The family would like to thank the Adventist Health Hospice, caregivers, and everyone for the love and care they provided to Willie.
