It is with heavy hearts that we announce, Vincent Paul Moreno, 41 suddenly passed January 23, 2023 in Tulare, CA. Vincent was born on December 25, 1981 in Visalia, CA. Yes, he was a Christmas baby, which in turn he would complain because he never had separate gifts growing up. So, his family always made sure to separate the days just for him. Christmas was on December 24 and his birthday solely on December 25, just so he could get his free "Grand Slam" at Denny's. Vincent formerly lived in Casa Grande, AZ for a few years, but Visalia, CA was always his home. After much thought, he came to establish his home with his loving family in Tulare, CA. Throughout his life, Vincent enjoyed entertaining and reaching out to those who needed a little extra in life with laughter and positivity. Vincent was known for his comical behavior and boisterous laughter. If you came in contact with Vincent you knew he was not a little, but A LOT EXTRA. No matter the mood, Vincent made sure you would end up in tears. He had a way with adults and children as well. Vincent was a part of Mt. Zion Apostolic Church, where he thrived in his love of children's ministry and played the bass guitar for church services. As we all knew, Vincent was a huge Raiders fan. Always making sure to never miss a game, no matter where he was. In fact, he would bond with complete strangers over the love of his Raiders. He was a movie fanatic who religiously had to have the largest, butter layered popcorn and cherry coke. It would not matter if he just had dinner. His love for food was, "Vincent, hold the veggies." Hence, his mother would call him chubs. Vincent loved to BBQ, rain or shine; he was the "grill master." His love for outdoors was great. He would bonfire for hours on end. Vincent enjoyed his "man dates" with co-workers he befriended, whom he later would call BFF's. Going to the lake or just driving through the mountains would make his heart content. Vincent had many loves, but the one he cherished the most was his family. Vincent left this world way too soon. He touched the lives of many, as we will all miss him terribly. Vincent leaves behind his wife, Lina and seven children. His father, Pete Moreno Sr., his mother, Thomasa Molina. His two brothers, Peter Moreno Jr. and Tommy Sanchez. His sister, Nina Moreno. Along with many family members, friends and his Sonoco family. Even though we will miss Vincent dearly, we all have a special memory to cherish. Vincent will be joining his late brother, Carlos Moreno. Viewing will be held 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Prayer Service will follow from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Graveside services will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, February 16th, 2023 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia.
