Selina Annette Quihuiz

Selina Anette Quihuiz was born on January 12, 1979 in San Jose, California, daughter of Marcellino and Rita Quihuiz. As a child, Selina loved vacationing, participating in arts & crafts, swimming with her family and neighborhood friends, dancing, and fishing with her father. As a teenager, she enjoyed skipping school and hanging with her girlfriends. Selina made many amazing friends in her lifetime. One of her favorite pastimes was playing BINGO. She would go multiple times a week and would enjoy spending time with her bingo buddies and Chris. Even though Selina faced very many obstacles in her life due to her health, she managed to not let it show, she radiated kindness and leaned on God. Her biggest pride in life was her children. She is survived by Alyssa Quihuiz, Sara Luna, Ruben Luna, Elias Espinoza and Christopher Quihuiz. Mother, Rita Quihuiz, spouse Pete Espinoza, sisters Marcellina Quihuz and Kimberly Cavazos. Her in-laws, brother in-law's, sister in-laws, friends, cousins, aunts and uncles near and far. Her memory will live on in all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We will all hold these memories dear in our hearts. When our hearts feel faint, we can remember her beautiful smile, her charismatic laugh, and her generous soul. Selina was received in heaven by her grandparents, Mike and Aurora Quihuiz, Manuel and Theresa Ramirez and her father Marcellino Quihuiz and her two children Peter and Genevive Espinoza. As we mourn her loss we will remember her life with joy in our hearts knowing she is dancing and singing with her loved ones in the presence of God. Viewing will be held 5:00 PM Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Rosary will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, November 9th, 2023 at Neighborhood Church, 5505 W Riggin Ave, Visalia. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 15th, 2023 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia. Services have been entrusted to Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel.
