Ramona Norris Robertson

Ramona N. Robertson, 89, of Tulare, California, passed away peacefully on August 11, 2026. Ramona was born on November 26, 1936, in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, to Jack and Thelma Norris. Ramona lived in Pennsylvania until her family moved to Phoenix, Arizona, where she completed high school at North High Phoenix Arizona. It was in Phoenix that her son, Greg Eisenhart, and daughter, Kimberly Jean Jones (Kim), were born. Ramona moved to the Los Angeles area, where her sons Chris Robertson, Jeffrey Catchmark, and Bill Robertson were born. Ramona worked different jobs in the Los Angeles area until moving to Visalia, California, in 1981. In Visalia, Ramona began her lifelong career working for the county as Executive Director of TCAC. She loved her work and carried out her responsibilities with passion, dedication, and a genuine commitment to helping others. Ramona retired from TCAC after 35 years of dedicated service. Ramona's life was changed forever in 1984 when she asked her Savior, Jesus Christ, to come into her life and transform it. She attended several churches before making Praise Center Church her home in 1992. She remained a devoted member for more than 25 years, until her stroke. Ramona lived with her sister Joan Burnett in Chino Valley AZ and spent her last four years with her son and daughter in law in Tulare Ca. Ramona will be remembered for her love of people, her determination and ability to get things accomplished, her wonderful sense of humor, and her ability to communicate with people at every level. She was gifted with both the spoken and written word and had a deep and abiding love for the Lord and His Word. Ramona is survived by her son, Greg Eisenhart, who has four children (Michelle, Travis, Casandra, and Amanda), seven grandchildren (Cheyanne, Cambria, Clarissa, Anthony, Kobe, Hazen, and Sunny) , and four great-grandchildren (Elizabeth, Rose, Violet, and Saint) ; her son, Chris Robertson, who has four children (Adam, Megan, Eric, and Christian) and nine grandchildren (Kayden, Tristan, Aurora, Gabby, Isaiah, Adric, Renley, Ali, and Harper); her son, Jeffrey Catchmark, who has two children (Elizabeth, and Daniel) ; and her son, Bill Robertson and wife Laura Robertson), has five children (Seth, Joseph, Ethan, Benjamin, and Michal Beth) and one grandchild (Palmer Jo) . She is also survived by her sister, Joan Burnett, and niece, Wendy McManigal, along with many other family members and friends who loved her dearly. Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Thelma Norris; her daughter, Kimberly Jean Jones; her brother, Jack Norris Jr.; and her brother-in-law, Donald Burnett. Ramona's life was a testament to faith, perseverance, service, and love. She leaves behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, laughter, and faith that will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. Celebration of Life will be held on September 19, 2026 @ 1200 hours, at Praise Center Church, 503 N. Floral Avenue, Visalia, California.
