Rachael Celeste Martinez, 28 years old, passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at home in Visalia, CA. Celeste was born on May 18, 1986 in Visalia, CA to Sandra Lisa Ortega and Pablo Martinez, both parents and her nephew Paul preceding Celeste. She is survived by her sisters; Deanna Nicole Martinez (David Medina), - Visalia, CA; Erika Monique Valencia (Gustavo De La Cruz) – Visalia, CA ; Adrianna Marie Frias (Macey Alvarez) – Tulare, CA ; Clarissa Esparanza Frias and her brother; Adrian Anthony Frias – Visalia, CA, 2 nieces and 4 nephews; Gustavo Anthony De La Cruz, Desirae Makayla Medina, Erik Joel De La Cruz, Danielle Audrina Medina, Joseph Xavier De La Cruz, Jacob Elias De La Cruz, Grandmother Rachael Provencio Aguilar, several Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Celeste was briefly married to Jose Cruz of Visalia, CA. Celeste brought joy and love to those that knew her. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, and was especially proud to be Godmother of her nephew Eric. She was her family and friends beauty consultant. Memorial Services will be held in her honor on Friday, August 15, 2014, at 3:00pm at Salser and Dillard Funeral Chapel. Celeste our hearts ache and feel as they are broken forever, Unfortunately we know in time the pieces will semi heal, If this is true, though hard to believe now, there will always be a space, The piece to which has your name on its place. Tears have been falling now for you and those that left too soon When we think of your beautiful face it all seems so wrong You had so much to look forward to and so much left to do But God needed somebody in heaven who is as courageous as you. Nothing is the same now and we doubt it ever will be You have been released from all pain and suffering, you have been set free. We miss your voice, your infectious laugh, that freckled and squinty smile The world has lost a wonderful girl, a true and amazing friend. But maybe her goodness was needed to help and to heaven she was sent.
