Deborah Laverne White

Deborah Laverne White Passed away after a short unexpected illness June 23, 2021 at the age of 69. Debbie was born in Avenal, CA on May 19, 1952. Shortly after Debbie's birth she and her family came to Visalia where she remained until her death. Debbie attended grammar school as well as high school after her graduation Debbie took a job at Hendricks Insulation Company that her father started. Eventually Debbie landed a job that she excelled in and became her career, she loved being a waitress and did that job with ease, and did so for 40 yrs. throughout numerous business here in Tulare County. Although she never had any children of her own, Debbie adored children and enjoyed the smiles and laughter each of them brought into her life. Although Halloween was her favorite holiday, she was always excited when Christmas rolled around. She would dress up as Santa Claus and brought gifts to children whether she knew them or not. The smiles always brightened her spirts. Debbie and her husband Chris White loved travel and together along with their fur baby Caesar they went on many adventures in their motor home. Never passing up a chance to go to a casino, "You never know, I may hit the big one". She never did but may have been close once or twice. Debbie was an amazing friend, cousin and sister-in -law. She treated each and every one like family even when she didn't feel like it. She will be missed. Debbie is proceeded in death by her parents, Thornton and Maryanne Hendricks, a brother and husband Chris White and stepson Robbie. Debbie is survived by her soul mate and best friend Michael Moreno. Cousins Betty and Douglas Wadkins and Family, and Dora and Sam May and their family, along with her favorite sister- in -law of all time Kathy Light. Debbie, we have shared so many laughs and tears both good and bad throughout life's journey it won't be the same without you. I pray that you will know in your heart that you where loved and even though physically you won't be here you will always hold a special place in our hearts. Keep a watchful eye over us, especially on Mike who is lost without you but eventually he will find the road again. Until we meet again may you rest in peace and in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
