Bill Frazier Seely

It is with great sorrow to announce the passing of Bill Frazier Seely on April 14th, 2023 at the age of 84 years old. Bill Frazier Seely was born on November 26, 1938, in Paris Texas. He is the son of Mary and Thomas Seely. He was in a family of 8 and was a brother to 6 siblings. He attended Exeter High School and played football throughout high school. In June 1957 Bill served in the army and honorably served through December 1965. In 1959 he met the love of his life Kathleen Goodman and they were married on December 24, 1959. Together they had 3 children Reedley Arnett Seely, Damon Wade Seely, and Shauna Marie Seely/Torres. They had a loving compassionate relationship and were married for 64 years. Bill was a lead mechanic at the Bayley Corporation for 24 years and moved on to become a licensed real estate agent with his wife for 11 years. He gained great recognition for his work as a real estate agent. He resided at 1432 N. Terrace Ct. in Visalia for 23 years with his wife Kathleen Seely. Bill loved to read books and play poker with his longtime friends Angie, Manuel, Ken, Vivan, Ronnie, and Marie. He also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his spouse of 64 years Kathleen Seely, his son Damon Seely, his daughter Shauna Torres, and his grandchildren Chase Seely, Sheldon Seely, Cody Torres, Casey Torres, Colton Torres, Chandrah Torres, Chloe Torres, Chance Torres, Cameron Seely, Caitlyn Seely, along with 8 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his son Reed Seely, his parents Mary and Thomas Seely, and all of his siblings. Bill will always be remembered as a jolly, strong-willed man who had so much love to give. Everyone who had the privilege to know him knew how special he truly was. He had a great sense of humor, and could always seem to put a smile on your face. He was a wonderful husband, father, friend, and grandfather. His memory will be forever cherished by the people he loves. A Memorial Service will be held for Bill Seely on Tuesday, May 2, at 11 am at the Visalia Community Church of Christ 3838 S. Court St Visalia, Ca.
