Benjamin M Sutton

Benjamin M. "Ben" Sutton was born on August 6, 1960, in Lathrop, California, to Benjamin Stanley Sutton and Bertha Marie Sutton. Ben was raised in California's Central Valley. After graduation, he entered the workforce and held a few different jobs before following his entrepreneurial spirit and establishing Classic Towing, his own big-rig towing company. Ben took great pride in operating the company he loved for 20 years before retiring. A lifelong automobile enthusiast, Ben especially enjoyed running his big-rig towing business. He had a warm, outgoing personality and was always willing to lend a helping hand to a friend. People were naturally drawn to Ben, and he had a special way of making those around him feel welcome. Ben became very active in the men's group at Ivanhoe Family Worship Center, where he valued the fellowship and friendships he found within his church community. In his free time, he enjoyed gardening, camping, and fishing. Above all, Ben loved people and treasured the time he spent with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a devoted and wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend. Ben is survived by his loving wife, Mona Lisa Sutton; his children, Jennifer (Jeff), Joshua (Vanessa), Seth, Brent (Codi), and Luke; his grandchildren, Ricky (Aleena), Analisa (Brandon), and Jessica (Sean), with one more grandson on the way; his great-grandchildren, Cayde, Emma, Presley, Malakai, and Zoey; and many extended family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin Stanley and Bertha Marie Sutton; his brother, Ronnie Cromeenes; and his son, Jacob French. Ben's family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the many friends and family members who have surrounded them with love, support, and prayers during this difficult time. They are especially grateful to the members of the Ivanhoe Family WorshipCenter community for their kindness, faithful support, and continued prayers. Memorial services will be held 3:00 PM Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia.
