Tommie Dewayne Ingram Sr., 64 of Visalia, California, died on December 26, 2021, in Visalia, California. Tommie was born to John Noble Ingram and Clara McPhail on February 1, 1957, in Marshall, Texas. Tommie grew up in Visalia, CA and attended Redwood High School, were he met and married his first wife Vera Wilson. They went on to have four children together. He joined the U.S Marine Corp. right out of high school. He was stationed at the U.S military base in Hawaii. Tommie and Vera had four children before divorcing. He married Diane Flores and they went on to have one son together before divorcing. He worked as a mechanic for over 50 years. He worked in automotive repair shops and would work on his friends and family's cars. He was always into low rider cars. He and his friends would build low rider cars up from the frame into show pieces. Tommie took pride in the work he did on cars and dedicated member of several car clubs in his younger days. Tommie enjoyed hanging out with friends, working on cars, and going to Lowrider car shows. He is survived by his two brothers Larry Ingram and Elmer McPhail, eight children, Damita Ingram, Tommie Ingram Jr., Steven Ingram, Shawntai Ingram, Thomas Ingram, Dianne Ingram, Jonathan Ingram, Alexandria Cook and numerous grandkids, great grandkids and a host of nieces and nephews. Tommie will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Memorial services will be held 1pm Saturday, January 15th, 2022, at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia.
