Soung See was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, daughter, sister & friend. She fought a very long battle with COVID-19 and passed away on November 5th, 2021 at the age of 45. In 1992, Soung came to the United States to obtain a better life and future for herself and her children. She has been married to her husband (Jaipheth See) for 33 years and together they have 4 children: Dor, Elisa, Elina, & James. She also had the honor of raising 5 grandchildren: Bryson, Brad, Brent, Bryan, & Brock. Shortly before she passed, she gained her one and only granddaughter, Mallary. Soung was a woman who enjoyed many outdoor activities. She loved to go fishing, camping, and traveling. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Soung was a spiritual woman and was involved in many church activities such as bible study, choir group, and women's fellowship. Soung was a kind hearted, sweet, and amazing lady. Anyone who met her would always remember the joy she brought to their faces. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. Viewing will be held 11am-1pm Tuesday, November 23rd, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Funeral services will be held 9am Wednesday, November 24th, 2021 at Valley Christian Church, 432 E Pleasant Ave Tulare, Tulare, with burial to follow at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia.
