Ruby Doris Ward

Ruby Doris Ward, 84 of Visalia California died on March 18, 2022 in Visalia California. Ruby was born to Earl Kemp Rhoads and Willie Belle Moses on July 15, 1937 in Shreveport, Louisiana. Ruby grew up and graduated from Bible College in 1954 in Louisiana. She married Tommy Kiggins in Louisiana in 1955. They had three daughters, Debbie, Kathi, and Sherrie. Two daughters preceded her in death, Debbie Wheeler and Kathi Kille. She worked for Alberts Studio as a portrait painter and Jostens as a graphic artist. Ruby was a dedicated member of the Pentecost Faith her entire life. She is survived by brother, Earl Wayne Rhoads, sister Irene Smoak, daughter Sherrie Stokes and husband Tom Stokes, granddaughter Jennifer Rose Garcia, three grandsons, Michael Youngblood, Kristoffer Kille, and Joshua Kille, five great-granddaughters, Kassidy Rose, Alexie, Kaylee, Alissa Belle Garcia, and Michaela Youngblood, three great-grandsons, Colton, Weston, and Mason Kille and one great-great-grandson Jordan Lee Rose. Ruby will truly be missed by all. Graveside service will be held privately on April 5th 2022. Services have been Entrusted to Salser and Dillard Funeral Home.
