Narciso Navarro, III

March 13, 1961 - December 8, 2021

Narciso Navarro III, 60, of Visalia, CA, passed away on the evening of December 8th, 2021. He passed away due to heart complications. Narciso Navarro III was born in 1961 in Tulare, CA to Narciso and Mary Navarro. He grew up with 7 siblings. As an adventurous teenager, he loved spending his time with his friends and family. As he got older, he worked as a farm laborer throughout Tulare County. At the age of 13, he met Cynthia Martinez, it wasn't until the age of 16 is when they fell in love. Soon later they started a family, Narciso Navarro IV (Lil Chicho), Catrina Navarro and Cynthia Navarro complete with 3 children, but also taking in many nieces and nephews throughout the years. As a family they loved being outdoors, BBQ's and family get togethers on the weekends. In addition to his 3 children, Narciso is survived by his siblings, sisters Beatriz and Alice, and brother Ruben. 7 grandchildren, Ethan, Jasmine, Jaylene, Cris, Suzanne, Sirus, and Ella. And daughter-in-law, Erica. Also many cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his partner throughout life Cynthia Martinez, and his parents, and 4 siblings. Memorial services will be held 12 PM, Monday, December 27th, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. There will be a small reception after the service, details will soon be released. His family will be present to welcome loved ones. Services have been entrusted to Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel.
