Myla Otila Marquez unexpectedly pass away April 13th, 2021, at the young age of 21yrs old. Myla was born November 23rd, 1999 to Jesse and Betty Marquez. At just the age of 17 she graduated from COS University Preparatory High School, with plans to attend college to further her education. Myla was a free spirit, a loving and welcoming person to everyone. Her loving nature was infectious, spreading to everyone she encountered through acts of selflessness and generosity. Her personality and conversations were so bright and open. She had no problem putting anyone as a priority before herself. She loved animals especially her dog Bella. Myla always looked up to her old siblings. Always attached to their hips whether it was for guidance or support. She had the purest laugh and such a beautiful and contagious smile that would brighten up anyone's day. Myla was also loved by all, every friend she had was her best friend. Myla will be greatly missed and forever loved by everyone. Myla is survived by her father Jesse Marquez, her grandparents Mary and Raymond Huerta, Florentino and Maria Garcia, her siblings Carlos Marquez, Matthew Rodriguez, and her sister Tasha Garcia; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and great friends. Myla is proceeded in death by her mother Betty Marquez, her big brother Jesse Albert Marquez, and many aunts, and uncles. She may have left here leaving sorrow and pain, but she was greeted with love and peace. May she rest. Visitation will be held 9-11am Thursday, April 29th, 2021 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. with Graveside services to follow at 12pm at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia. Services have been entrusted to Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel.
