Kelly Best Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Kelly Marshelle (Crow) Best, 62, went into the comforting embrace of the Lord on May 16, 2022, after a courageous battle with her health. Kelly was born on March 11, 1960 in Oakland, CA. Kelly grew up in Tulare, California and attended Tulare Western High School. She went on to obtain a Business degree at Golden State Business College. Kelly had many roles in life, but her most cherished roles were that of a mother, grandmother and sister. Kelly is preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Linda Crow. Survivors include her daughters, Mellissa (Hill) McCloughan of Fernandina Beach, FL and Jonell Sandoval of Visalia, CA, and her son Brandon Sandoval, of Arkansas. She is also survived by her siblings, Randy Crow of Tulare, CA, Carla (Crow) Fodor of Pinole, CA, and Raelynn (Crow) Cortez of Newnan, GA. Kelly had 5 grandchildren, whom she loved dearly and one great grandbaby on the way. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM Saturday, August 13th, 2022 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia. Reception following graveside services will be held at Visalia Convention Center 303 E. Acequia Ave. Visalia Ca. 93291 ( Sequoia room 2nd floor) use parking entrance on Bridge street.
