Juliana Villagran Aleman

May 1, 1948 - April 12, 2022

Juliana V. Aleman (Mari) was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on morning of April 12, 2022. She was 73 years old and was surrounded by her loving family. Juliana was born to Inocente Villagran and Maria Arredondo on May 1, 1948 in San Bernardo Durango, Mexico. She learned early on in life to work hard for her family. She faced many physical challenges in her life, but her resilience and grit allowed her to overcome many adversities. She exemplified a Proverbs 31 woman of God. She married Sisto Z. Aleman July of 1973 and together they had a total of 11 children. She was a devoted mother and and homemaker to her family. She enjoyed spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family. She also loved spending time tending to her beautiful flowers. She is survived by her children Monica Alvarez (Juan), Lisa Jimenez (Eddie), Alice Aleman-Fisher, Juan Aleman (Yvone), Naomi DeLeon (Joe), Maggie Langford, Esther Godinez, Sam Aleman (Elsa), Noe Aleman (Celia), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Her brothers Eduvijez Machado, Jose Villagran, Carlos Guerrero and her sisters Emilia V. Diaz, Alicia Machado, and Maria de Jesus Machado. She is preceded in death by her husband Sisto Z. Aleman, a son Daniel Aleman, her son-in-laws Oscar Estrada, Wayne Langford, Eric Clayton Fisher, Oscar Godinez, brother-in-law Ruben Mendez Sr. and her sisters Carmen Mendez, Severa Villagran Machado, and brother Francisco Villagran. Juliana will be remembered mostly for her hospitality, humbleness, cooking, baking, and her green thumb in which her garden and flowers reflected it. Most importantly she will be remembered for the love she bestowed on her family and countless friends, and the unity she created between them.
