Virginia Sepeda Quinn February 21, 1950 - April 27, 2025 On April 27, 2025, Virginia Sepeda Quinn, affectionately known as Virgie, went to be with her Heavenly Father at the age of 75. She was born in Stockton, CA, and raised in Hanford, CA. Most of Virginia's adult life was spent in Visalia, CA, though she loved the time she had living close to the beach in Ventura, CA with her loving husband. She was the best mom and nana ever who loved her simple life filled with love, strength, and an unwavering dedication to her family. Virginia was a beacon of warmth and kindness who loved a good laugh, and was known for her radiant smile and nurturing spirit. A warrior who survived breast cancer twice, she faced life's challenges with grace and resilience. She was a stay at home mom for many years. Then she went to work in local retail stores where she promoted up to Assistant Manager at several different stores. Later, she worked as a cafeteria cashier for Visalia Unified School District before retiring. Her passions were as vibrant as her personality. She was a devoted San Francisco Giants fan, loved spending time with her family, and found joy in simple pleasures like coloring, listening to music, and trips to the casino with her sisters. She delighted in her two cups of coffee every morning, Diet Cokes, yummy milkshakes, Paydays, and popcorn. She cherished butterflies, the color purple, and holidays, especially Christmas. Virginia's legacy is one of love and strength. She was the heart of her family, a radiant queen, and a source of wisdom and comfort. Her family remembers her as their rock, the glue that kept them together, and a treasure to protect. She is preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Quinn; her son, Jimmy Morales; her grandson, Samuel Morales; her sister, Carrie Pereira; and her parents, Mary and George Sepeda. She joins them in eternal peace, along with her beloved pups, Jake, Bella, and Coco. Virginia is survived by her children, Sammy Morales (Gord) and Annette Morales; granddaughters Lena and Anyssa Mendoza; great-granddaughter Zoey Mendoza; grandson Jimmy Morales Jr., who is currently serving in the US Navy as an MR2; son-in-law Albert Mendoza; siblings Nancy Alves, Anita Torres, Lucy Sepeda Herrod, and George Sepeda; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loyal dog, Ziggy Quinn. A celebration of Virginia's life will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave, Visalia, CA, followed by a graveside service at 1 p.m at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W. Goshen Ave, Visalia, CA. A reception will follow at the Veteran's Memorial Building, 609 W Center Ave, Visalia, CA 93291 .
