Ricardo Navarro, Jr.

It is with great sadness that the family of Ricardo "Richie" Navarro Jr. announces his passing on Sunday, July 21st 2024, at the age of 47 years. Richie was born in Exeter, CA, to Marie and Ricardo Navarro Sr. on December 7, 1976. He and his two sisters, Maryann and Olivia, were raised in Farmersville and attended schools there and in Woodlake. He moved to Visalia with Irene "Vicky" Olais, where they started their lives together right after high school. Richie worked for Charter Oak Ranch until 2005, Details Party Rentals until 2016, and as a utility team worker for Visalia Unified School District until his passing. During these years, they raised their 3 daughters, Saydee, Myah, and Leeyah, and recently welcomed his first granddaughter, Loveena. Richie was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan with humor and wit. Even though he was a very "matter of fact" man, he had a big heart and a large smile, and he loved his family and all of his extended family deeply. He enjoyed spending time with his family, grilling, and most of all, taking trips to Pismo Beach with his girls, where they'd always visit Hot Shots for a game of pool and bowling at Pismo Bowl. Richie took pride in everything he did. He was very meticulous, especially when it came to his truck, his yard, and his appearance. Richie will forever be remembered and loved by his family, especially his wife and partner since they were 18, Vicky, daughters Saydee, Myah, and Leeyah, and grandbaby Loveena. His sisters Maryann (Jr.) and Olivia (Florentino), aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews will also miss him and cherish all the years they spent with him. His sidekick, dog "Blu," will miss him and the bond they had. He is preceded in death by his father Ricardo Navarro Sr., mother Marie, grandfather Chicho, and grandmother Mary, as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. Viewing will be held 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Friday, August 9th, 2024 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Funeral services will follow from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM.
