Michelle DeCesare Stanley On December 30th, 2021 Michelle DeCesare Stanley left us at the young age of 44. Michelle was born on 01/02/1977. She was raised and resided in Tulare, CA for 44 years. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her mother Teresa Cooper Johnson, brother Wade DeCesare and sister -n-law Irene DeCesare. Michelle will also be remembered fondly by her Aunts: Sharon Trulli, Mary Rising and Margaret Lakeman and Cousins: Shawn Cardoza, Brian Cardoza and Breana Cardoza. Alonzo Hernandez, Johnny Hernandez and Joseph Hernandez. Robbie Lakeman, Rusty Lakeman and Randal Lakeman. She will be missed by many other family members and friends. Michelle is proceeded in death by her father Mark DeCesare. Her grandparents MB Cooper and Betty Cooper, and her aunt Lisa Cooper of Tulare. Michelle was proceeded in death by her beloved Bassett Hound Arthur. Michelle attended Tulare City Schools and attended Tulare Western High School. Michelle continued her education and attended Fresno State University from 1998 to 2002 where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business with a Minor in Communication and Business Administration. Michelle started working for the Tulare County Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights & Measures Office in 2002 as an Agricultural & Standards Inspector. She enjoyed her job working in the Agricultural industry and the work she did on a daily basis. Michelle visited packing houses throughout the county, performed multiple different types of inspections, and enforced many California laws and regulations pertaining to Agriculture. Michelle also conducted inspections on fresh fruit and produce being shipped all around the world to various different countries. Michelle was a strong, brave, and tenacious person that was willing and ready to help a friend out. If you knew Michelle, then you knew that your fight would also be her fight, and if you needed an extra voice; Michelle would be that voice. Michelle truly loved life and made the best of it with always having a smile on her face and laughing. Michelle was a stranger to no one and welcomed everyone she met with open arms. Michelle often would say that "You just don't know what other people are going through in their life". She lived life to the fullest and always had stories to tell and these stories would make you laugh even in the most serious of times. Michelle will be extremely missed by everyone who knew her.
