It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Beaney Marquez, who entered eternal rest on June 25, 2026, in Visalia, California, at the age of 66. Mary was a fighter to the very end, facing life's challenges with remarkable strength, courage, and determination. She was known for her incredible work ethic and her unwavering commitment to providing for and caring for those she loved. Her resilience and perseverance inspired everyone, fortunate enough to know her. Above all else, Mary cherished her family. Her daughters and grandchildren were the center of her world, and she found immense joy in watching them grow, celebrating their accomplishments, and creating lasting memories together. She also treasured her many friendships, always offering kindness, laughter, encouragement, and a listening ear. Mary's Catholic faith was the foundation of her life, providing her with strength, hope, and comfort through every season. She lived her faith each day through compassion, generosity, forgiveness, and a genuine love for others. She also embraced life's simple joys. Mary loved to dance, where her joyful spirit truly shined, and she never passed up an opportunity to play bingo with family and friends. Her infectious laughter, warm smile, and vibrant personality brought light to every room and will be deeply missed. Mary was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Erica Carmen Boatman, Laura Adrianna Serna, and Katie Sarina Serna; her cherished niece, Andrea Elizabeth Huerta; her siblings, Ernest Adrian Marquez, Elsa Irma Marquez, Maya Elizabeth Marquez, and Richard Abel Marquez; and her beloved grandchildren, Annabelle Yvette Delgadillo, Leah Ilene Delgadillo, Faith Carmen Boatman, Danika Marie Delgadillo, Ava Rose Sims, Reyes Francisco Boatman, Mia Riley Sims, and Adrian Lucca Vaca. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Adrian F. Marquez and Carmen M. Marquez. Each member of Mary's family was a source of immense pride and joy, and her love for them knew no bounds. Though our hearts are broken by her passing, we find comfort in knowing that her legacy of strength, faith, love, and devotion to family will live on through all who were blessed to know her. Mary will be remembered for her resilience, generosity, unwavering faith, and the countless lives she touched with her compassion, kindness, and love.
