In Loving Memory of Marlene Marie Williams (Weber) January 23, 1952 - July 1, 2026 With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of Marlene Marie Williams (Weber), who entered peacefully into eternal rest on July 1, 2026, at the age of 74. Marlene was born on January 23, 1952, in Visalia, California, where she was raised and spent her life surrounded by family, lifelong friends, and the community she loved. Marlene is survived by her devoted husband, Ralph Roy Williams Jr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love and memories. She was a proud and loving mother to Cathy Howard and her husband, Paul Howard, and Kevin Williams and his wife, Lily Williams. She was an incredibly proud grandmother to Jordan Howard and his wife, Cassidy Howard; Josh Howard; Justin Williams; Hannah Williams; and Michael Sanchez. Her greatest joy in life was being "Grandma Marlene" to her beloved great-grandchildren, Cambria, Jet, Jaxson, Tuff, Charlotte "Charlie", and Oakley Howard. They were truly the loves of her life. She treasured every moment spent with them and devoted herself wholeheartedly to caring for them. Whether attending their activities, celebrating milestones, or simply spending time together, she gave them her whole heart. Marlene is also survived by her brothers, Tom Weber and his wife, Nina; Donnie Weber and his wife, Bonnie; Robert Weber and his wife, Phyllis; Billy Weber and his wife, Barbara; and her sister, Lori Weber. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Sylvia Weber; her brothers, Richard Weber and Jim Weber; and her beloved godchild, Nick Weber. For many years, Marlene was a familiar face at Plaza Park, where she served as the coordinator of the scorekeepers. She genuinely loved her work and the many friendships she made there. She was admired for her dedication, organization, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. A faithful member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Marlene's faith was the foundation of her life. She believed deeply in caring for others, putting family first, and finding joy in life's simple moments. Anyone who knew Marlene knew her contagious Weber laugh, her generous heart, and her unwavering willingness to help anyone in need. She found her greatest purpose in caring for her family, especially her precious great-grandchildren, who were the center of her world. Marlene's favorite color was yellow, and she loved daisies, both reflecting the warmth, happiness, and light she shared with everyone she met. Her legacy is one of unconditional love, kindness, faith, and selfless devotion to her family. She leaves behind countless cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. Serving as pallbearers are Tom Weber, Donnie Weber, Robert Weber, Josh Howard, Jordan Howard, Kevin Williams, Justin Williams, and Paul Howard. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Marlene's love will continue to live on through her family and everyone whose life she touched. Her beautiful smile, infectious laugh, steadfast faith, and unconditional love will never be forgotten. Viewing will be held 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Rosary will follow at 6:00 PM. Graveside services will be held 9:00 AM Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia. Following the graveside service, family and friends are invited to gather at 11:00 a.m. at the Veterans Memorial Building on Center Street in Visalia to continue celebrating Marlene's life, share stories, and honor the beautiful memories she created with so many.
