In Loving Memory of Linda Lopez Linda Lopez departed from this world to the embrace of heaven on July 21, 2023, in Visalia, California at the age of 80. Linda was a loving mother, devoted wife, grandmother and sister. Born on August 14, 1942, in Woodlake, CA. Linda's journey through life was marked with compassion, dedication, and unwavering love for her family and community. Linda spent her formative years in Tulare, California where she met her husband, Alex Lopez, at a dance. The two quickly embarked on a life of love and happiness together, eventually settling in Goshen. Throughout her life, Linda pursued her passion for sewing with immense love and talent. Specializing in sewing wedding, bridesmaids, and quinceanera dresses, she played a significant role in making dreams come true for countless brides and young women. She also served as a kindergarten teacher's aide at Goshen Elementary School and was involved with St.Thomas Catholic Church in Goshen as a Guadalupana Society member, further exemplifying the dedication she held for her community and her faith. Linda is now reunited in the afterlife with her husband, Alex, her beloved parents, Lena Hernandez and Zeferino Mora, and her two brothers, Vincent Hernandez and Tom Hernandez. Linda is survived by her devoted children Marian Hernandez, Diahann Gutierrez (Mario), and Michael Lopez (Dominique) and her sister, Mary Hernandez, who will cherish and share their memories together. Furthermore, Linda's radiant light will continue to shine brightly through her nine grandchildren: Sara Palomino, Daniel Palomino, Martin Gutierrez, Ollin Gutierrez, Julianna Lopez, Angelena Lopez, Michalla Lopez, and Maximus Lopez, and three great-grandchildren: Angela Rodriguez, Alexis Rodriguez, and Levi Gutierrez. Linda Lopez will be remembered for her kind and gentle nature, her talents, and ability to recall such captivating stories to her loved ones. Her memory will forever bring warmth and joy to those fortunate enough to have known her, and her legacy will live on through the lives she touched. Visitation will be held 9:00 AM Thursday, August 3rd, 2023 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Rosary will follow at 10:00 AM.
