Issac Cain Whipkey

Issac Cain Ruiz Whipkey, 45 of Visalia, California, died on March 27, 2022, in Tulare, California. Issac was born to Suzan Elaine Whipkey and Robert Navarette Ruiz on September 19, 1976 in Tulare, California. Issac grew up in Dinuba and Morro Bay, California and graduated from Morro Bay High School. Issac also attended Cuesta College in Paso Robles taking general studies and the EMT program. Issac was self employed as a handyman for over 25 years and could repair or install just about anything. He was known for helping anyone who needed something repaired or installed even at his own expense because he believed in helping people out. Issac enjoyed repairing motorcycles and tinkering with motors even as a little boy he would take things apart just to see how it would go back together again. He was very gifted in fixing everything. Issac had two wonderful children, Allison Elaine Whipkey and Jaxson Ruiz Whipkey whom meant the world to him. We know he had so many dreams of all the things he wanted to do with them. He is survived by his precious children Allison Elaine Whipkey, and Jaxson Ruiz Whipkey. Parents, Suzan Whipkey-Jackson and Robert Ruiz. Siblings, Jessica Ruiz Prado, Stacy Michelle Ruiz, Ruben Marroquin, Joe Marroquin, and Brian Cervantes. Aunts and Uncles, John and Sandra Soares, Nolan and Sher Allen, Larry Whipkey, Becky Buckingham, Gary Cervantes, and Gloria Cervantes. Maternal Grandparents, Mr and Mrs W Matthews. Issac was preceded in death by his loving Paternal Grandmother Rachel Navarette Ruiz, and his step father John A. Jackson. Issac had a giving heart, expressed kindness to others, and always saw the best in people. On the flip side he also was hilarious, he could make us laugh till we cried. He was not a greedy person or wanted fancy things. I believe the most important thing to him was his children, he would often say "All it takes is a little love, it will be alright" He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Until we meet again mijo, we will think of you always, talk about you still, you will never be forgotten, and you never will. We hold you close within our hearts and there you will remain, to walk and guide us through our lives, till we meet again. Service Of Remembrance services will be held 5 PM - 7 PM Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia.
