In loving Memory of Federico Moran Ramirez. Federico Moran Ramirez 82, was called to God's presence on January 8 2024, he was surrounded by his family who were always there for him. Federico was born on February 24th in Ocotlan Mexico, where he lived part of his life, he moved to Guadalajara Jalisco where he met his wife of 48 years, Martha Moran. Federico and Martha got married on March 21st 1975, after 10 years of marriage they conceived their first and only child Norma L Moran. Three years after they conceived 2 little twin boys who unfortunately passed away when they were born. In 1980 Federico emigrated to USA, he always took care of his loved ones, he was a family man who loved his family very much. He never forgot about his daughter and wife who he left behind in Mexico, he always worked hard to provide for them. In 2000 Federico was finally able to emigrate his family to USA, they relocated to Tulare Ca. Federico was a hard working man, who worked every day, he was a happy man who loved to make others laugh, he loved children specially his grandkids, he had a heart of gold who would always help others without thinking about it twice. Federico is survived by his wife Martha, daughter Norma, grandchildren: Johan, Jeshua, Zophia, Noel. His sisters: Maria Gutierrez, Lola Trujillo, nieces, nephews, brothers in law and sisters in law. A heart of gold has stopped beating, a pair of hard working hands are finally resting, we will always remember you, I will always cherish your memories dad, you will always be in our hearts, I love you for ever and ever daddy. We will dearly miss you, until we meet again AP�. Viewing will be held 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Rosary will be held 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM Wednesday, January 31st, 2024 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Mass of Christian Burial services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at St. Rita's Catholic Church, 954 S. O ST., Tulare. A celebration of life will be held right after the service until 3:00 pm at Tulare community center 830 S. Blackstone st Tulare, Ca 93274.
