Christine "Tina" Dianne Orosco, beloved mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 1, 2025, at the age of 59. A longtime resident of Visalia, California, Tina will be remembered for her warm heart, tireless work ethic, and unwavering loyalty to her family and favorite sports teams. Tina spent over a decade as a dedicated sales associate at Walmart, where she was known for her kindness, dependability, and ever-present smile. Whether helping customers or mentoring new employees, she brought compassion and grace to everything she did. Outside of work, Tina was a passionate sports fan. Sundays were sacred during football season, with her proudly wearing red and gold to cheer on her San Francisco 49ers. Baseball summers were spent rooting for her beloved Los Angeles Dodgers, often surrounded by family, snacks, and a sea of blue. But more than anything, Tina loved her family. She was a devoted mother who instilled strength, humor, and love in her children, always putting their needs above her own. She was a constant presence on the sidelines, cheering with pride as she supported her children from their first steps on the field to their high school triumphs, and later, her grandchildren as they carried on the tradition. Tina leaves behind her four children; John Christopher Rodriguez, James Refugio Ruiz Jr., Jacob Rey Ruiz, and Jameson Raider Ruiz, as well as her two grandchildren, Mason Lyriq Rodriguez and Mia Harmony Rodriguez, who were the light of her life. She is also survived by her brothers and sisters, and many nieces, nephews, and close friends who became family. Her absence leaves a deep void, but her memory will live on in every Sunday game, every family gathering, and every act of kindness shared in her honor. A Viewing will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., with the Rosary prayed at 6 p.m. A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 15, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Visalia, followed by a celebration of life.
