Bobby Esparza

Bobby Esparza, a beloved father, brother, and friend, passed away on September 5, 2024 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He was born on June 18, 1962 in Hanford, California to his loving parents Lupe and Carmen Esparza. Bobby Esparza will be deeply missed by his sons Gabriel R., Vincent, and Byron M. Esparza; grandchildren Vinny Jr., Devin, Emma, Camilla, Logan, Sergio, Bellami, Ellie, Matthew, Megan, and Carly; brothers Lupe, Ruben, Arthur, Alfred and Louis Esparza Sr., mother Carmen P. Esparza and sister Gloria Esparza, brother Tony Duran, nephew Eddy Garcia, niece Gloria Dolores Landin, nephew Gunnar Esparza as well as numerous other family members and friends who were touched by his kind heart. He graduated from Mt. Whitney High School where he made the Varsity wrestling team in his freshman year. His name proudly adorned the Varsity blanket hung on the wall at the gym. Bobby also had a passion for music and played the trumpet in the school band. He loved football with all of his heart, especially cheering for his favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings. It brought him immense joy when his sons took him to see them play live in Minnesota. In addition to sports, Bobby enjoyed spending time with family, watching boxing matches or celebrating at family gatherings filled with music, dancing, and laughter. He worked various trades throughout his life including electrical work, chroming and carpentry. Bobby leaves behind an indelible mark on those who knew him best. His memory will forever live on through his children, his grandchildren, his siblings, nieces, nephews, friends and all those whose lives he touched with his kindness, warmth and love, Rest in peace, Bobby, you will be missed dearly but never forgotten. Visitation will be held 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel, 127 E. Caldwell Ave., Visalia. Rosary will follow from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial services will be held 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 608 N. Church Street, Visalia. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W Goshen Ave, Visalia. A reception to celebrate Bobby's life and legacy will be held at St. Paul Hall, 120 N. Hall, Visalia. Services have been entrusted to Salser & Dillard Funeral Chapel.
